Tuesday Evening karate class, 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm
Saturday morning karate class, 10 am – 11:15 am
Tues Evening Yoga infused karate once per month (see the calendar for which Tuesday), 6:30-8:15
- Stretches that can be modified for what works best for your body
- Exercises that will strengthen your core
- How to throw a front punch
- How to do basic blocks
- How to use your voice to protect yourself
- How to throw a front kick
- And you will get a workout!
If you would like to stop by for your free class, email firstname.lastname@example.org at least two days in advance to let us know you are coming.
Free classes are only for one time only! If you have already taken one of our free classes, you can start training with us at any time. Drop in classes are $20 or $25 (depending on income), or you can pay monthly on a sliding scale basis. See the classes page for more info.
