Free First Class! Learn karate in a supportive, social justice environment.

Do you need to de-stress? YES! And it would help if you could yell and punch things!

All of that in a social justice environment that welcomes all body types and all fitness levels!
At Brooklyn Goju, we believe that martial arts training should be available to anyone who wants to make the commitment to grow stronger. Continued training has helped many of us feel more at home in our bodies, more able to center and ground ourselves even when it’s difficult, and more able to protect ourselves.

Trans & cis women, non-binary folks, gender-nonconforming people, and/or trans men are encouraged to train in our safe and inclusive space.
