Learn karate in a supportive, social justice environment.
At Brooklyn Goju, we believe that martial arts training should be available to anyone who wants to make the commitment to grow stronger. Continued training has helped many of us feel more at home in our bodies, more able to center and ground ourselves, and more able to protect ourselves.
Trans & cis women, trans men, non-binary folks, and gender-nonconforming people are encouraged to train in our inclusive space. We welcome all body types and all fitness levels.
Classes are: Tuesday evenings, 6:30 pm – 7:45 pm and Saturday mornings, 10 am – 11:15 am
Free first class!
- Stretches that can be modified for what works best for your body
- Exercises that will strengthen your core

If you would like to stop by for your free class, email email@example.com at least two days in advance to let us know you are coming.
